Zucchini Brownies
Followed recipe nearly to the letter and found brownies to be quite good. Only difference was using just a pinch of salt, and omission of frosting. I used fresh picked homegrown zucchini which were very moist and gave batter the right consistency, easy to spread in pan. I appreciate that this recipe was well thought out, allowing some oil to keep brownies from being rubbery, yet cutting fat content.
