Chocolate Zucchini Bread I
This bread is awesome!!! I did add the sour cream just for giggles, and a bit extra flour for safety! This is a great way to get the kids to eat the zucchini I love:) I doubled it and will freeze it for the winter~ We have a winner here

Grilled Mahi Mahi
I really liked this recipe!!! I omitted the pepper jack cheese to reduce the fat, and I had no tomatos, and it was still good~
