Crustless Spinach Quiche
Oh my goodness, I never thought I would ever crave eggs and vegetables so much! This is an excellent, superb recipe! So easy, yet so elegant and tasty!
As people have said, warming the empty pie pan for a few minutes before pouring in the mixture prevents a soggy bottom. Try this recipe with shredded carrots, a mixture of muenster and cheddar cheese, chopped mushrooms, and pam instead of oil.
