New Year's Day Black-Eyed Peas
This was really good! I used 6 cups of water instead of 3 and during the last 30 min of cooking I added a cup of okra and a little hot sauce. Served with corn bread. Yummy!

Momma's Marinara Sauce
Very nice sauce! Added a little sugar to cut the acidity of the tomatoes. Great with the manicotti recipe!

Broccoli and Carrot Lasagna
I cut this recipe in half and tried it out tonight for dinner. We thought it was great! Next time I'll make a full pan of it! Thanks for the recipe.
