I am a mom to four,three boys(25-21)one girl,15,and one grandson. We have two dogs a twelve yr old Sweetie and a two yr old nut Spankerdoodle. I love birds and have feeders everywhere. We travel every week as I have to go out of state to take care of my dad. We are volunteers so when we are home we are busy. I love to cook and try to make regular recipes healthier. LOVE to collect recipes. I love having friends and claim all as my family. Oatmeal cookies,butter cookies(can you tell I have sons)and for my daughter anything with cheese. I love bread and like to try the high fiber recipes.I love vegetables so love to cook with them. Soups and stews are my all time favorite to cook,smell,and eat. My moms pecan pie. She passed away suddenly this year and I haven't brought myself to cook one yet. My grandmothers pineapple cake. Hot chocolate gravy and biscuits. Making my mothers and grandmothers recipes and having them turn out wonderful. My grandmother had horrible handwriting and my mother used terms and measurements only she knew. Yeast breads always are iffy for me sometimes their great sometimes not. Still working on it cause I love them.
