I don't know if it's just us, but my boyfriend and i found it extremely difficult to put the shrimp on the skewers and grill them like that! We ended up just omitting the grill and skewers from the recipe and cooking them in the skillet. It still turned out delicious :)

Caramel Apple Dip

This is the BEST caramel dip I've ever had. I never knew the secret to great dip is cream cheese and brown sugar! I'll definitely continue to make this :)

Oven Fried Parmesan Chicken

This is one of my family's favorite dishes! I didn't alter one thing. I love that it doesn't even taste fried. I make this dish all the time, and it never gets old or boring :)
