These are GREAT! I've made these cookies twice, and they've turned out perfect each time. I used shortening (although maybe I'll try butter next time to see what happens). I love that its a simple recipe - great to do with kids! Its one of the few recipes I can get through with my 1 and 3 year olds helping... This is going in my all-time fave recipes!

You have to taste this to believe it! Its chocolatey and moist, and you would never be able to guess it was made with garbanzo beans! It was an easy and quick recipe, and the results will amaze any doubter.

I've made this a couple times, but substituted raspberries for the passion fruit. It is so amazingly good. One note: the times I've used Ghiradelli white chocolate, it has tasted infinitely better than with store-brand white chocolate chips.
