Mincemeat Cookies
Very good cookies. I used my own mincemeat and omitted the cinnamon called for in the recipe. My mincemeat already had plenty. Cookies are moist and delicious!

Herbed Pork Roast
This was very good! I used a pork shoulder roast (that's what I had) and left it wrapped in the herb rub overnight. It was delicious! Thank for sharing.

Laura's Venison Breakfast Sausage
Hi all. This is my recipe. You MUST add approx. 2 oz pork fat before grinding. Venison is very lean. The sausage may still be a bit lean, so the amount of pork fat added can be varied. Have fun and I hope you enjoy!
