Absolutely fantastic! Used half & half instead of heavy cream, but will try heavy cream next time. Cooked bacon separately and added at end. Excellent!!!

Delicious! Added potatoes, used just 1 can of soup, and browned meat first - you can do a lot to this recipe & it still tastes great!

Good, but not great. Made exactly as written, but didn't have a lot of pumpkin taste. Would use more pumpkin and/or spices next time.

These tasted good when warm, but not so great after they cooled. They were just a chewy, sticky mess and too hard to eat!

Chicken Wing Dip

Very good! I used three boneless skinless chicken breasts, boiled for about 25 min. then shredded after cooling. Took to a round up party, with whole grain tostidos - went over very well!

Fantastic! Made as written, no changes. Shredded the zucchini in food processor, and thought it looked a bit stringy, but turned out great! My 5 y/o didn't even know it was there. Tastes great warm, even better next day.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2008
This is soooo good! I used cod instead of tilapia, cooked for 10 min at 350, then broiled on high for 5 min before flipping. Put more dressing on top, sprinkled w/ Old Bay and Breadcrumbs, then broiled another 5 min. Used garlic powder instead of onion & celery. Even my "fish-snob" husband said it was delicious!
