About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
All things Spanish - paella, tapas, empanadillas, etc. I also love trying new twists on old favorites - different seasoning combinations.

Herb Roasted Pork
I made this for dinner this evening, because of the rave reviews on this site. Sad to say that none of us liked it. Did not care for the mix of savory and sweet - perhaps next time I'll try to make it using one set of seasonings or the other. Will definitely try the glaze over grilled chicken come spring - tastes almost like jack daniel glaze from TGIFridays!

French Toast Souffle
Absolutely delicious! Made this exactly as stated, except needed to cook for 45 minutes to get a nice crunchy crust on top! Even reheated very well the next day! Will become a Christmas morning staple in our house!

Dog Food Dip
I've made this a couple of times, and have passed the recipe on to family and friends, all to rave reviews! I agree that you should cut the jalapeno back, or you can even leave it out - tastes great either way!
