Fajita Marinade I
Everyone loved it! Husband said it was a keeper - and that was without adding the cayenne pepper and the liquid smoke. I had used it to make beef fajitas with lots of green and red bell peppers and onions. I did add fresh cilantro just before pulling skillet of fajitas off of the burner.

Pork Chops with Italian Sausage
My husband and I both loved this!! My kids weren't too excited, but their tastes are pretty limited. Will definitely make again!! It is in my recipe box now. I used 8 thin cut boneless pork chops, spaghetti sauce and dry sherry as substitutions.

Banana Pancakes I
I loved that this recipe was from scratch instead of using a store bought pancake mix! If you are looking for a fat, light, airy pancake, this isn't it; it would need less milk and more baking powder. And that may be some of the comments about it being too flat or heavy. The bananas make it very moist, but I wouldn't call it mushy. It was a great way to get my bread loving daughter to mix in some fruit with her breakfast! My son rated it okay.
