I'm a simple country girl with an exagerated sense of "fair". I have a patient ear and broad shoulders, and I try to remember Karma before I let my thoughts (and deeds) run away with me. I'm married to a wonderful man with a fantastic sense of humor; no kids. Thank goodness! ha ha I enjoy cooking for just us two, or for a crowd. Spaghetti w/Meat Sauce, Roasted Stuffed Game Hens, Baked "Squish" w/Cheese, Cheesecake, German Chocolate Cake, Carrot Cake, and a lot of other things. Spaghetti w/Meat Sauce from my mum, Lasagna from my sister, cakes from my grandmother, chili from my dad. Roasted Game Hens stuffed with Rice... yummmmm! Haven't really had any of those yet, thank goodness! :)
