Spicy Peach-Glazed Pork Chops

Loved this! Great peach/cinnamon flavor. I didn't have chili paste though. I just used chili powder and some ketchup. Very yummy!!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Oh my gosh! This stuff is awesome. This is the first time I've ever had chicken cordon bleu. This recipe is so easy to follow and the sauce is amazing. I did use only 3 tablespoons of butter and 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Very delicious! I will definitely make this again very soon.
