Chocolate Chip Muffins
Boy did these hit the spot! I followed the revised recipe with 1 cup of milk, etc. I would probably leave off the sugar topping next time b/c it's very sweet! Otherwise, delicious.

Coconut Curry Tofu
Yum is all I have to say! Mmm Mmm Mmm! I didn't have enough room for all the vegetables. (I made a large batch!) Next time I'll make more curry sauce to compensate. Thx!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
Tasted delicious, but seemed to always come out crispy. I like soft cookies.
