I love to cook. I like recipes with short ingredient lists that I can find easily. Nothing makes me happier than when my family loves what I prepare for them. I love the winter because I love to cook stew, chicken & dumplings, chili, and all the other warm foods. My mother is an excellent cook and has taught me alot. I will never be as good as her but I keep trying. I would say our mexican food tradition is my favorite. I made my first thanksgiving turkey this past year and it turned out beautiful. Thanks to allrecipes. I made a horrible meatloaf once. I dont know what happened. Maybe too much wine?
