One Pot Tuna Casserole
I added two cans of tuna instead of the one; one just didn't seem like enough for my family. Other than that it was great. Fast and easy to make!

Banana Banana Bread
Not my favorite banana bread recipe. I found one in a cookbook that had the exact amounts of nutmeg and cinnamon to add. I also added pecans instead of walnuts to my mix.

Easy Skillet Chicken a la King
I didnt use mushrooms since my husband isn't a big fan. I just threw in a frozen mix veggie bag and it turned out perfect! We made lots of leftovers for those nights where you just don't feel like cooking.
