White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake
Straining the raspberries are alot of work, but work every second! Made it twice to rave reviews.I may switch the fruit next time to a berry blend or strawberry. YUM

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
Love it! I've made it twice. Once on the stove top and once in the oven. I doubled the sauce so there would be plenty to spoon over the brown rice! It is the perfect - not too sweet or tangy sauce.
