Korean Spicy Marinated Pork (Dae Ji Bool Gogi)
This was amazing. I marinated the pork loins over night. I didnt have the pepper paste, so I used 1/2 wasabi paste. It came out great. I served with white rice

Blackened Salmon Fillets
I used cod fillets for this recipe and they came out pretty good. I ate them on my salad for lunch the next day. yum. I think next time I will rinse the fish under warm water as the butter coagulated when I brushed the fish. And I would use less cayenne pepper/salt, as my 4 year old and fiance could not eat this dish. I also had plenty of season mix left, so maybe i will cut that part by a 1/3 next time.

Beer Batter Fish Made Great
I was very skeptical having not ever tried this beer batter fish. let alone cooking it myself, but I will say, it was great! My fiance and son enjoyed it, and we had enough left over for fish sandwiches the next day. Next time (very soon) I will add more seasoning to the fish first.
