Easy OREO Truffles
These are AMAZING! Next time I am going to make a smaller batch and use less oreos and more cream cheese, as I'd like the centers to be more creamy. I put the balls in the freezer for 1/2 hour and used a double broiler so I could only melt the chocolate I needed.

Cranberry Salad V
This is almost exactly the same recipe my family has been making for Thanksgiving since I can remember! The only difference is that we use raspberry gelatin, which we mix with the hot water and juice from the crushed pineapple, and cool it to where it is just beginning to set, then mix it with everything else. This is one of my favorites! Thanks!

Tea Biscuits
These biscuits are amazing! I used the food processor to cut in the butter- put the dry ingredients into the processor, pulse for a few seconds to mix, then place the butter (cut into tablespoon pieces, and very cold) evenly on top of the dry mixture, and pulse until the mixture resembled cornmeal. This makes it very easy to mix and also makes the biscuits more flaky! Also, because I don't have a biscuit cutter, I used an inverted glass to make large biscuits, and a mason jar lid to make smaller ones.
