Ribeyes, Pit smoked whole turkey, Pit roasted whole chicken, Grilled garlic blubs,Large green onions and Mushrooms. Hambugers, Fried Shrimp, Pan fried/broil/blackend catfish. I owe everything to my abuelas (grandmas). Some of my first and best memories as a kid were sitting at the kitchen table and watching them cook. Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday because I get to cook for my WHOLE family. Well, I do more studying of my grandma’s cooking style than cooking. It is kinda disrespectful for me to “cook over” her when she is in the kitchen. I love to cook. My dream is to retire and open a 24 hour dinner and serve only the best Southern style Americana food with a low table count so I can devote my full attention to each dish. I live in a real good place if you love to cook and eat. I live 55 miles south of Houston TX. Houston has the most places to eat-out than any other city in the country! Hellyea! I was born and raised here in Brazoria county where a weird triple fusion of food styles. Mexican, Cajun, Southern cooking. We close enough to Louisiana to be influence with Cajun spices and methods used to cook seafood. You can go to any party/ Bar-B-Q in Brazoria and have Southern Bar-B-Q next to boiling crawfish and Mexican food. And to add to it Brazoria is one of the gulf coast counties, so fresh seafood is always in the menu down here. I LOVE IT!!!I am not much for how healthy my dishes are, but more on how they taste.
