Peanut Butter Pie I

OMG I was in pie heaven when I ate this. I cheated and used a pre-made Oreo crust, but other than that, I followed this recipe to a tee. The only issue I had was that it was a little too sweet for my taste. But it still deserves 5 stars :) Thanks!

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

I didn't realize how easy it was to make this dip! The only thing was that it was a little too salty for my taste, but that may be due to the fact that I had marinated artichokes and didn't account for the amount of salt in those puppies. Overall, thanks for the great recipe and I will be making this again soon!

Cheesy Potato Salad

I omitted the sugar and used a blend of cheddar and monterey jack cheeses. I didn't add any green onions since we didn't have any. Other than that, this was a great recipe! I think next time I will experiment by roasting the potatoes to give it a different flavor. Thanks!

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing

Oh yeah, this was great! At first I thought it was too oily, but after vigorously mixing the dressing and pouring it over my cucumber-tomato salad, it was just right. Thanks!

Cream Puffs

Since this was my first time making cream puffs, I was ecstatic that they didn't deflate and it turned out beautifully! The only thing I didn't care for was the vanilla pudding mixture. I'm looking for more of a whipped filling, like the ones in the Belgian mini cream puffs that you can buy at Costco or Sam's club. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know :) Other than that, I am very pleased with this easy recipe.

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake VII

For some reason, I always thought that making a pineapple upside-down cake was hard, but this proved me wrong! Not only did it turn out beautifully, it tasted like a homemade cake. Thank you for proving me wrong!

Rosemary Roasted Turkey

I always make turkey for major holidays, and every year I stick to my own recipe. This year I decided to do something different and tried out this recipe. OMG the house smelled so good and the turkey looked beautiful. Will definitely make this again.. and again :)

Cranberry Sauce I

I never tried making homemade cranberry sauce before because I thought it was a long and difficult process. Boy, was I wrong! It goes well with roast turkey, ham, and pork. I'll be making this from now on.

I love making these cookies! I don't like walnuts, so I don't use them. Also, I never make the glaze because I don't like putting glaze on any of my desserts. But these cookies still deserve 5 stars!

Spinach Salad with Warm Bacon-Mustard Dressing

I really liked the dressing, but I felt it had too strong of a mustard taste. I added more honey to neutralize the flavor, and it helped. Other than that, it was a hit! I will make it again.

Berry Shortbread Dreams

OMG these cookies are so yummy! Whenever I make them, I alternate between using almond and vanilla extract. Either way it tastes good. And I never make glaze, I just dust them with powdered sugar. Definitely a keeper!

This is my favorite cake to bake. The only thing I did to tweak the recipe was adding a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Other than that, it was scrumptious!

Amish Macaroni Salad

I made this for a picnic on the Fourth of July. I lessened the sugar to 1/2 cup, and I omitted the dill pickle relish since I didn't have any. I never used to like macaroni salad but WOW this was good!
