Lemon Bread
When grading the lemon, I let the juice run in to add more lemon flavor. I added chocolate chips instead of nuts! The resipe made 8 mini loafes :)

Ginger Pork
I marinated the pork in the sauce for a few hours and it turned out wonderful. I also added a tbsp orange juice to bring out the ginger flavour. Nice simple meal :)
