I have a three year old...That should pretty much sum up the about me portion. Cakes, Cakes, Cakes. I LOVE cakes (eat them and make them). My mother was a fabulous cook. With six girls she still managed to get a square meal made that tasted good. I made a cake for Chinese New Year that looked like a dragon. I was pretty proud of that one. My three year old's birthday cake was pretty cool too, a race track with the 'Cars' cars on them. Ok yeah, it was a copy of the m&m race track cake, but my son loved it. I was told my Yule Log cake looks like a real log too. Its always worth the work that goes into it. Looks good and tastes fantastic (if I do say so myself). I have a little saying in my house, "If it ain't burnt, I didn't cook it." I have a slight tendancy to overcook meat. I had food poisoning once and I'd really rather not have a repeat of that performance. I was blessed enough to marry a man that would eat practically anything.
