This was really fast, easy and delicious! Like others I tweaked it a bit. I used cheddar cheese soup instead of the mushroom soup, doubled the shredded cheese and added 1/2 c. sour cream to the recipe. Yummy!

We make this all the time but we make a few changes....first, we eliminate the onions (for the kids) and add a package of taco seasoning to the meat. Then we use corn tortillas instead of flour. It's super easy and the kids love it (so does my husband)!!

This was really good and easy to make! Like a few others, I added one package of taco seasoning to the ground beef, and then omitted the veggies on top, just because my kids don't like them. I love the layer of sour cream under the cheese, and the chili beans are extra yummy. I'm making this again tonight for the second time. The first time, I used whole round corn chips for the crust...this time I'm trying them crushed. Thanks again!
