Tomato Alfredo Sauce with Artichokes
Great recipe! I preferred to saute the garlic and onion before hand, and then add in the mushrooms, artichokes, and some black olives. I stirred in the tomatoes, flour and milk and added 1/4 cup of grated parmesan and some Italian seasoning. Instead of pasta we mixed it with some grilled Italian sausage and spinach tortellini. A great white sauce without the calories! Next time I will make it with whole wheat flour and low fat, 1% milk.
