Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Delight
I grew up eating this. Using a butter 'spread' made it taste a little like plastic. The way we do it is to heat a pan on low, and place the tortilla in the pan. When the tortilla is warm take a stick of butter and rub it across the tortilla - just enough to make it so the cinnamon sugar mix will stick. Then, roll it up like a burrito and enjoy! I like mine with the outside just a little crispy, but my husband likes his warmed.

Portuguese Fried Bread
Excellent! I followed the recipe exactly. Unfortunately, I don't have much frying experience so my bread came out uncooked in the center. I think I had the oil too hot. However, those that were done all the way were wonderful and will become a staple in my home.

Simple Time Pork Chops
Combined all ingredients and put on top of chops. I added additional garlic, some onion powder and cayenne as people were saying it was a little bland. It was definitely too salty, but the underlying flavor was good. It wasn't greasy at all, and I'll definitely make this again. However, I will omit the salt completely. Also, I used this on 3/4 inch boneless chops, I think this would work better with a thinner cut.
