Pita Pizza

Super easy and delicious. The crust turned out crispy but still had a little chew in the middle. We both loved it. We made our pizzas with pasta sauce, mozzerella cheese, and pepperoni slices. Try putting the sauce on last, as a topping, and it will be just like Chicago Pizza here in Jacksonville.

Jambalaya II

Nice recipe! Only a few recommendations. I used a rotisserie chicken to save time and add flavor, which turned out well. I also added 1/2 lb of frozen already cooked shrimp. If you wish to spend a little more I would recommend fresh shrimp as mine got a little tough once it was time to reheat it for leftovers.

Strawberry Spinach Salad I

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2008
We loved this recipe. I made it with only a few minor changes. Based on other recommendations I used balsamic rather than white vinegar. I did not have an onion so it was omitted. I added an extra 1/4 cup of balsamic because, with the 1/2 cup of sugar, it was still to thick to pour well. The dressing turned out delicious and the spinach with strawberries was a perfect match. I topped it all with toasted slivered almonds and toasted pecan halves.

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2008
I found this recipe lacked flavor in general; it did not taste like any Chinese fried rice that I have ever had at a restaurant. Perhaps if you added some teryaki sauce it would improve the recipe.

Sausage and Bow-tie Pasta Florentine

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2008
Broiling the hot Italian sausage really brings out the flavor. Make sure you break up the chopped spinach before you try to add it to the pasta or you will get clumps of spinach that you will have to break up before you can serve. The end result though is DELICIOUS!

Microwave Pralines

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2008
Wow! I always thought that you had to buy pralines, now I can make them in my own microwave in 15 minutes. I have a small microwave and I used 11 minutes, no burning or any problems. I had to stir a little longer than 3 minutes for them to cool, but they set up perfectly and they are delicious!

Tony's Summer Pasta

Fresh and Delicious, not to mention super quick and easy to prepare. My fiance loved this recipe. I halved everything and it was more than enough for two.
