Banana Sour Cream Bread
So delicious!!! I added 1 tsp of Nutmeg, and took the advice of another reviewer for a topping. I took a 1/2 c. of brown sugar, 1/2 c. flour, and 2-3 Tablespoons of butter and mixed well. Then sprinkled mixture on batter before putting in oven. It is scrumptious!!

Roll-Out Cookies
The recipe was perfect, but based on other reviews I rolled the dough on wax paper and just transferred cut out shapes w/ the paper to the oven. Made it much easier then trying to peel the cookies away. Otherwise this recipe is perfect. My kids sure enjoyed the decorating part!

Curry Beef Stir-Fry
We absolutely loved this recipe, and it is simple to put together. My children even liked it, and for them to all agree, is quite the accomplishment! We did not double the curry, but still tasted it. Next time we will try doubling it, but even if just trying it for the first time.. you don't need to. !
