Crazy Crust Pizza Dough
I really liked this and was super easy. My crust actually came out pretty thick. I aded a bunch of italian seasonings and used the 1 egg and baking poweder. the pizza is more of a bisquet consistency than dough, but nonetheless, will still make again

Lemon Rosemary Salmon
it was ok- kinda bland. I didn't think this was all that special. I didn't have fresh rosemary and used dried, not sure if that was why. Prob wouldn't make again

Spinach-Stuffed Flounder with Mushrooms and Feta
This was so simple and really tasty! I made so many modifications but it was still good. I used frozen package spinach and mozzarella cheese since I didn't have feta or mushrooms. I also seasoned with lemon pepper, lemon juice, and garlic powder. I can't wait to try the orig. version of the recipe, but this one works well too! Served w/ white & veggie blend.
