I love to cook just about anything. I have really gotten into the 30 minute meal concept due to my family.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Since my husband and I have been married we have been hosting all the family Holiday dinners. For Christmas we generally do a pork roast, but I make it all fancy. We also bake like mad people!! For Easter we do a ham, and I baste it with my homemade crab apple jelly and it is wonderful.
My cooking triumphs
I have mimiced 3 recipes that are unique to my area, Utica Greens, Chicken Riggies and Dutch Apple Pork Chops.
