I am the mother of 2 great kids, the wife of a great hubby, and a full time nurse. i started getting on this web site because i started weight watchers, i learned you can not live on salad alone!!i was feeling like a rabbit!! these recipes are fun and easy to find..

Easy Mexican Casserole
easy easy easy, family loves this. it is a nice easy meal after working all day. it is yummy

Applesauce Salad
Super easy to make if i can make it anyone can.it tasted great, it was a big hit at thanksgiving dinner.even my picky kids ate it. it was a nice change from everyday applesauce.
