Confetti Bean Salad
I LOVE this recipe. Going to make it again this weeknd for a bbq. The only change i make is to double the cilantro. :)

Basil Tomato Soup
yummy!I changed it a bit because the texture of crushed tomatoes is not for me. 2 (29 ounce) can pureed tomatoes 1 (14 ounce) can vegtable broth fresh basil leaves, minced, to taste (i use basil paste, again because of the texture.) 1 cup organic heavy whipping cream (organic tastes so much better. and i add milk if i want to change the thickness) 1/2 stick butter fresh crushed garlic, to taste 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce Salt and pepper to taste Garnish with grated Parm and basil leaves.
