About this Cook
Hi there, I'm a young mother of 1 and a great husband. I was 7 months pregnant when we finally got married after 5 years of dating on June 2, 2007. My sons name is Brayden Nicholas Curley and he was born on August 27, 2007. We happily reside in Beavercreek, Ohio. Since I am a new wife and a need mom all at the same time, I don't know too much about anything when it comes to cooking and cleaning and keeping a household together (hey I lived with my parents til the day I got married). I may not know much about cookie but I LOVE IT.
My favorite things to cook
I am definitely a baker. I love love baking cookies and now that I received a spring form pan for christmas, I can't wait to start making cake and cheesecake. (Cheese cake is my husbands favorite) I'm just now starting to be good at making dinner but I don't know how to make much!
My favorite family cooking traditions
butter butter butter! As Paula Dean (and my Grandma) always say, butter makes it better!
My cooking triumphs
I have made some excellent cookies. So far, the best cookies that I have made for my brave taste testers as to be to spicy pumpkin cookies and the outragious chocolate chip cookies. Oh, and my husband always says that I make the best kraft mac and cheese on the face of the planet haha probably because thats all we ate when I was nine months pregnant.
My cooking tragedies
i tried to make the family no bake cookies recipe but they turned out really hard and britle. i know what what i did wrong but they weren't very good. No bake cookies are suppose to be chewy!

Country Apple Dumplings
This is great! The only thing I change was I did half white sugar and half brown sugar. Next time I make these, I'll peel the skin frothe apples and maybe dice them a bit. DELICIOUS!

Creamy Chipotle Chicken
really good! my husband loved it but I have to agree with another person that something seems alittle off. maybe too much cream cheese? but it was good! spicy! probably not a kid friendly recipe but it was still good.
