Fabulous Beef Tenderloin
I can't believe this tasted so good and was so easy. I used a 4 lb. bison tenderloin, and it was AMAZING. Sooooooo good. Ahhhh....

Peanut Butter Pie I
After tasting the filling, I decided I'd better make 2 for Thanksgiving this year. This pie was absolutely delicious, and so easy to make!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie IV
I made this pie along with 17 others for Thanksgiving this year. It was gone in under 5 minutes. Everyone was surprised to learn how simple it was to make. Very rich! I should have made 2!
