Pasta Hot! Hot! Hot!
This was a good basic recipe, but I added more ingredients to suit my taste. I added some tomatoes, red peppers, green peppers, left over grilled jerk chicken, and some cajun seasoning. I also used whole grain pasta. It was delicious this way. I'm afraid it would be a bit bland if I would have followed the recipe.

Noodles Alfredo
I made this for dinner tonight and I should really give it three stars, but with the adjustments I made it was better. I made the recipe suggested first and it was way to buttery. I added more cream, cheese, and some italian seasoning and it was a lot better.

Mashed Potato Soup
Very good! I wanted something creamy and cheesy for lunch, and I happened to have left over mashed potatoes in the fridge. I added some cheddar and a little garlic along with some parsley. next time I think I'll add some bacon.
