Chicken Quesadillas
Top notch recipe - very easy and quick. I made these a couple of days ago and they were a big hit. I served them with a side of re-fried beans with green chilies and cheese. I made only one small change by leaving out the bacon bits.

Hot Dog Pie
I followed the recipe to the letter and this one completely bombed. I think the problem here is there are too many flavors trying to compete. It wasn't bad looking when done but it kind of tasted like the remains of a cookout all mixed together.

Chicken Vegetable Barley Soup
I made a batch of this soup last night and was it ever wonderful! The toasted almonds were an especially interesting, crunchy addition. Great flavor and very hearty, stick to the ribs fare. Highly recommend it for a cold winter evening.
