Double Chocolate Cherry Cookies

Black Magic Cake

I made this for my Mom's birthday. It was a huge hit. I used chocolate ganache as the topping and filling. This was my first "from scratch" cake, I thought it was very simple and delicious!

Chocolate Ganache

This was a delicious topping for the Black Magic Cake. I used ghirardelli chocolate chips then chopped them in the food processor. It was quick, easy and very tasty!

All Day Macaroni and Cheese

When I made this, the macaroni and cheese seperated. It looked horrible and tasted bland. It could have been user error, but I doubt I will try it again.

Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way

This is part of our new family tradition. The only thing I realized that I was doing wrong is that I doubled everything for a larger turkey. In the future I won't add as much juice.

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

After thanksgiving, I had about 10 lbs of turkey left over. I searched for a good recipe and couldn't find what I was looking for. I tried this and exchanged turkey for chicken. It was amazing!! The whole family loved it!
