These egg rolls are actually very good. I did'nt change anything except I added some soy sauce to give it a little more flavor and everyone really enjoyed them.

I made these over the holidays and cut them into bite size. I put them in a christmas tin and everyone enjoyed them. I used 4 eggs instead of five and add 1/4 cup water. More like a cake brownies. I add choco chips and walnuts. Sprinkled with powdered sugar. These bite size brownies were a hit especially if you don't want to eat a whole brownie.

My kids loved this recipe. not too many ingredients so it makes for a quick dessert. It was a hit.
