I made these according the directions and they were dry inside. I made more with cream cheese inside and they were better but not great. This is a good idea that needs a little tweaking. I think they would be good paired with goat cheese as another reviewer suggested.

I used the store bought shortbread keebler pie crust but I felt that there was not enough crust. I would have liked 3 times more pie crust. I used 3 8oz cream cheese with 1/2 sour cream folded in and it was yummy but I didn't bake it longer to account for the extra ingredients and also the top of this pie needs something other then just whip cream.
