Split Pea Soup without Pork
As simple as this recipe was, it was delicious! My family felt like it was at least equal to Pea Soup Andersons' (the actual restaurant). I think I might have used more broth than water. But the trick is to blend the whole thing once it's done cooking. That makes it so creamy and yummy.

Pumpkin Chocolate Dessert Cake
This was AWESOME! I made it for Thanksgiving this year and everyone LOVED it. Got many comments on the good texture and moistness. The flavor was wonderful - I would have never thought to mix pumpkin and chocolate. I will probably make this recipe for many Thanksgivings to come!

Ultimate Cornbread Stuffing
Pretty good! I made this for Thanksgiving this year, and several family members commented that they really liked it. I felt like it was a bit too wet and didn't clump together as much as I would like, but I don't know how to solve that problem. The flavor was really good, though!
