Candy Cane Fudge

Easy to make, tastes great and looks very festive. I crush my candy canes very finely and only use 3/4 of a cup for personal taste.

Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

I always make this fancy looking side dish for dinner parties. I blanch the asparagus and put it together well in advance and pop them in the oven 15 minutes before dinner is served. For evenly crisped prosciutto be sure to flip your asparagus midway through!

Zucchini Cornbread Casserole

Great dish for brunch. I made it the night before and heated it prior to eating. It tasted even better the next day! I have made the recipe as written and it was good but have also added garlic and italian seasoning for an extra touch of flavor!

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Great flavour, easy to make, fantastic over rice. I used 1 Tbsp of chili paste instead 2 Tbsp of Hot Sauce and it tasted great! I prefer things with a little less heat. We will make this again!

Peanut Butter Noodles

I made this recipe as written ( with the exception of doubling it) for my hubby and and some friends last weekend. I paired it with Coconut Soup and spring rolls. Everyone raved about it and one of my guests even ate the extra sauce in the bottom of the EMPTY serving bowl with a spoon. I will make this again! Thanks

Basic Microwave Risotto

This recipe was much easier than a traditional risotto. I did make some minor improvements to suit our tastes. I added more broth and cooked slightly longer than suggested bc we like the rice softer. I also stirred in a lrg splash of cream to the finished product to make it creamier. I will make this againa and again and again.

Crumb-Topped Rhubarb

A very easy and flavourful recipe. I used a sundried tomatoe pesto b/c I happed to have some in the fridge already. My company raved about it and asked for the recipe. Will make again trying different pesto's!
