Holiday Cranberry Chutney

The perfect appetizer to get you in the holiday spirit! Smells absolutely fabulous while cooking, and tastes even better. We tried it over pork too, which my husband liked- but I prefer it over cream cheese with triscuits. Try it- you won't be disappointed!

I made these for a party, and everyone thought they were delicious and so cute! I thought they turned out great, although I may experiment with some different ingredients to give the filling a little more zip.

Bread Machine Garlic Bread

Perfectly fluffy and flavorful bread! I used 3 cloves of fresh garlic instead of the garlic powder, and threw in a little rosemary and oregano as I didn't have any parsley on hand. Will certainly make again!

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Perfect! I halved the recipe, which fit into one large loaf and 4 large muffins. Also used the topping recipe that others suggested, which was awesome. Sooo good!

BUSH'S® Gnocchi with White Beans and Pesto

Great flavor- my husband and I loved it! We actually only used about a 1/2 cup of pesto to cut down the fat a bit, and it didn't taste like it was missing it at all.

Cabbage Cakes

A great way to use up some extra cabbage- my husband and I definitely enjoyed them. They were a tad bland though, so I think I will add some garlic powder or something to give them a little spice next time. I did appreciate the healthiness, and even used half the amount of vegetable oil, and served with fat free sour cream.

Light Oat Bread

Excellent. I did add 1T of vital wheat gluten, as I usually do when baking bread- but it really may not have even needed it. This was by far one of the easiest and best bread recipes I've found yet. Thank you!!

Basic Ham and Bean Soup

I thought it might be a little too watery at first- but I let it simmer for a few hours, and that really allowed all the flavors to come together. Delicious!
