Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
This is so good. My husband can't get enough of it. Very easy to make and is a great comfort food.

Spinach Quiche
I love this quiche! I follow the recipe exactly and it turns out great every time. Definitely not low fat but its worth every delicious calorie.

Denise's Peanut Chicken
This was very good. I added broccoli and served over jasmine rice. I used about a cup of peanuts which was plenty. The whole family loved it. Thanks for the recipe.
