It was great, but I added sauteed mushrooms and onions, once I put in 8oz of cream cheese in blender with eggs,I too use more eggs. I have mixed in spinach and use half and half. My girlfriends will get up early Christmas morning and be at my house when I am making this. We serve with fruit, pastries and coffee. It is a big hit. I bake it longer at 300 degrees. It gives it more time to cook center without drying out.

This is the best sauce I have used. Greek yogurt can be gotten at Trader Joe's. It is the best. We warmed pita bread, cut into quarters and sprinkled with salt. Also good on fish, with grated lemon peel. Just like heaven!
