Corn Dogs
My step daughter has a wheat and a dairy allergy. I substituted the flour with a gluten free bread mix and then used soya milk instead of regular milk. It turned out excellent. By ensuring all your ingredients are gluten and dairy free, this works great. We will be making these for my son's birthday party, where he has a friend with a wheat allergy as well. A great receipe.
