Sausage Pasta

The easiest & yummy. Once I simmered premade chicken cutlettes instead of sausage. Oh my ... family went wild and it took 15 minutes at the most.

Cajun Chicken Lasagna

Husband loved this. I put a layer of tomato sauce on bottom of pan. Both a white sauce & the tomatoes on the bottom made everyone in family happy.

Seafood Enchiladas

Oh My Goodness ..... This was awesome. Used scallops instead of crabmeat and doubled the shrimp. I put a tsp of Old Bay Seasoning in the sauce & used pepper jack cheese & garlic in both filling & a white sauce. Thanks Cathy !!!!

Stuffed Shells III

Needs lots of sauce, cover until the last 10 minutes, add sauteed garlic & onion to the ricotta cheese with the parsley, basil & oregano, snip zip lock bag which makes it easier to fill shells.

Easy Shake and Bake Chicken

Add some a garlic and onion spices and a little parmesan. Cayenne powder Seasoning salt instead of regular salt Bell's Poultry Seasoning Make sure chicken skin is dry before coating Spray foil lined pan or use cast iron pan

Deglaze the pan with the wine & broth and scrape up all the "bits" ... then add to baking dish. Thanks Beccabo ..... AWESOME ! The smells remind me of the sausage vendors outside of Fenway Park ! :)

Chow Mein Noodle Casserole

Had to use up flour taco shells so I sliced and put them on the bottom of the greased baking dish. My children love the oowey goowey shells on bottoms of all caseroles. Thanks Cindy B for a nice recipe.

Men Must Have Chili

I forgot to tell you to add the garlic ... Lots of garlic :) 4 or 5 chopped cloves at least .. depending on your taste. Other optionals are: celery, cumin, oregeno, basil, black pepper, and a couple of bay leaves.

Oh My Were These Awesome. I Also Made Some Sweet Potatoes Just Like This. Thanks For The Recipe. I made a lot of packets and didn't add much more of the other ingredients besides more potatoes. Big hit and so easy to get them ready earlier in the day and just throw on grill. Best part was the taste and no clean up !

As other reviewers have advised I used 5 Tbls. butter, 3 Tbls. honey, can substituted cayenne pepper, (1/2 teas.) for the mustard. par boil slightly or put under broiler for a few minutes before serving stir several times during cooking Add a little bit of garlic powder and onion powder if to your liking

Others have suggested along the way: Mix and match to your liking. Can use chicken white wine and lemon juice flour sea salt,,garlic pepper and Italian Seasoings,the I added chopped garlic to the olive oil and white wine little parmesan bit of thyme, basil, and garlic salt to the flour paired with Linguini with extra sauce adding some butter to the mushrooms

Chicken Enchiladas I

OMGoodness these were the best. I boiled my chicken for 10 minutes in a bullion cube (instead of salt) & the seasonings and added a little of the chicken water to the mixture instead of 1/2 cup that was called for. Shredded chicken in food processor to make it easy. Cooked two separate pans. One spicy and one mild for my families different tastes. These were awesome. Thanks for the recipe.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Things I picked up from other reviews of this recipe - Just mix and match to your taste. Some viewers used low salt chicken broth instead of water, others added 1 can cream of celery & one can cream of chicken, mushrooms, carrots, and canned corn were also favorites. Others sauated onion & celery then added to crock pot. Water chestnuts, onion power, garlic, poultry seasoning, thyme, bay leaf & cayenne along with seasoning salt and fresh cracked pepper were a hit. Over all consenses was only 1 large can of biscuits instead of two were added just over an hour before serving. One more thing .. cut up boneless chicken thighs also was mentioned. Hope this helps.

Asian Orange Chicken

Serve it on vermacelli noodles or with brown rice. Add veggies (mushrooms, red bell pepper, carrot sticks, celery, and onions). Add sauce over chicken just before serving.
