Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge
yum. i think i will upgrade to ghiradelli or cadburys next time - the comments about waiting for the rolling boil and 6 minuets at boiling point made all the difference between batch 1 and batch 2.

Apple Avocado Salad with Tangerine Dressing
I marinated all of the ingredients (except the avocado and greens) in a container for several hours before mixing the ingredients together. I also used a variety of apples. Delicious!

The Best Banana Bread
Yummy - I use 1/2 C white sugar, 1/2 C brown sugar and add some choc. chips....
