Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken
Delish! I used chicken cutlets.. this is such a better and healthier way to make some yummy chicken fingers. I served them over pasta with homemade sauce.

Garlic Cheese Chicken Rollups
Yummy and easy! I used Philly chive & onion cream cheese and added 2 cloves of garlic and some fresh parsley and blended it all together in my mini cuisinart. BF thought it was delish but something was "missing". I may wrap a piece of turkey bacon around it next time.

Chicken Scampi II
Can anyone tell me why my sauce turned BLACK? I followed the directions to a T and the sauce turned black and the garlic burned. It still tasted alright but I don't know what went wrong.
