This recipe was awesome!! but I made some small changes. i'm picky with sausage, so I used lean turkey kielbasa instead of italian sausage. I also doubled the vodka amount. I cooked for me and my boyfriend and he loved it to. I will be cooking this again.

This recipe was awesome! ( I cooked for 2) But I will be making some changes next time. The sauce was too think and really heavy on the stomach (so beware...) I wont use as much parmesan cheese and ill add a splash of water to thin it a little. And the parsley was too much I cut the amount in half. Other than that...it was great I will defenetly be making this again...

I didnt like the mussels at all...but the sauce was good. They just tasted like the ocean... the flavor wasnt really there... I will not be doing this recipe again...very disappointed...i only gave it 2 stars bc my boyfriend like it....
