I (helped) make my first-ever batch of Tamales this Christmas. Now I know all the hard work that goes into them! Technically this may not be cooking - During high school I worked at Chick-Fil-A and accidentally put coleslaw mix into the ice cream maker. Needless to say there were a few complaints. I double check my ingredients more carefully now!
